Enter the time it takes your technician to perform a manual Rotap test, including the following steps:

Split down sample

Gather sieves

Load sample material

Place sample in Rotap

Start machine

Remove sieve stack

Dump each fraction

Brush each sieve

Weigh and record data

Manually calculate and record percent retained 
= Minutes
Assume a 10 minute shake time + 10Minutes

Equals total time it takes your operater to perform the manual test = Minutes

Subtract the time it takes the Gradex 2000 to perform the same test – 14.5Minutes
Equals number of minutes saved each test = Minutes

Divide results by 60 to calculate hours saved on each test / 60 Minutes
