THE PROCESS

DISASSEMBLY
Our experienced ROTEX technicians will carefully disassemble all components of the machine, evaluating the necessary parts to be replaced along with those parts that can be salvaged.
REPLACING/RECONDITIONING
All major components of the machine are either replaced or reconditioned, depending on the condition of each component including:
- Top Cover
- Bottom Pan
- Screen Box
- Drive Head (if required)
- Screen Frames
REASSEMBLY
Once all of the parts have been refurbished, replaced, or upgraded, our team reassembles the machine to "like-new" condition, and delivers it back to you with a full one-year warranty.
